A particularly popular course has been our Procurement Skills for Non-Procurement Managers, specifically aimed at managers and people within the organisation who have budget, but may not necessarily have had any formal purchasing training. The course gives an overview of the key aspects of purchasing that managers need to be aware of, such as Terms and Conditions, Legislation and legal requirements, Negotiation training, etc. and we have had excellent feedback.

We are able to offer bespoke training, specifically written to client specifications for those clients who feel that they need something tailor-made. We can offer master classes in negotiation, or if you feel you have a specific requirement for procurement training in a commodity area, we are more than willing to help with this.
